    the HSC is over! i never have to search for language techniques again, or stare dumbfounded at an Extension2 maths problem I can't figure out. unfortunately, I'll be seeing sciences again throughout Uni. haha, total yayness. *rolls eyes* so now I'm going to embark on a Nat-style blog where I recount my events =P

    After chemistry, the girls went out to yum-cha in the city where we once again poked fun at riza's inability to use chopsticks and kat's abhorrence of chilli. =) we were starting to think that they were ripping us off when all the dishes were stamped as 'large' (when half of them shouldn't have been) but let it go when we got our lovely dow foo fah (tofu dessert thing) stamped as 'extra small'. hahahah. we went up to kinokuniya next, and ended up spying on sadaya's date, or should I say, outing with friend? haha whatever! >=) "...call him and make him walk over to QVB so we can see who he is!"

    On monday, diana and I ventured into the city again to go shopping for a present. anyone been to QVB toilets lately? ZOMG. for an old building, its got awesome bathrooms! i want the giant mirror =(. tis super stylish and I want my bathroom like that. and now they've got a really huge christmas tree in the middle! (not the bathroom, of the building -.- haha) I want that huge christmas tree for the sole reason that it has 15,000 swarovski crystals hanging off it =O




    we bumped into phoebe, sophie, sarahh, gracie and sarahq at Equip (where phoebe seemed to be having fun trying on headbands that didn't suit her =) ) after we bought what we were after at The Body Shop. xD then it was another lovely trip into myer before we lunched it in the food court underneath myer. for some reason, hanging inside     angus&robertson is really fun because we spent quite awhile there, but not as long as we spent sitting in gloria jeans talking xD bumped into diana's older brother on the way there before we went back up to myer to get some more stuff. it was hot that day, no?

    26 days (?) til proposed post-HSC trip.

    In 9 days, I'll be graduating from high school. I've typed out the sentence and stared at it for awhile, yet the finality of it all still hasn't sunk in. i'm drowning in memories. but don't worry, hopefully i won't become too emotional over the next week or so..... just you watch me bawl my eyes out next thursday XD

    there is so much happening and too much to do in too little time. =O!

    and so a number of people have told me that post-trials, things are pretty smooth. we're on the homestretch towards the hsc, and before we know it, it'll all be over. we've pretty much completed the whole syllabus (i never want to hear that word again in uni -_- ) - although chem and maths are still pending, but revise and its all good right?

    wrong. noone said applying for uni would be so intense. or maybe its just me making a huge fuss about it. =/ either way, i not only have to think about courses to apply for OTHER THAN B. PHARMACY at usyd, i keep delaying sending in my STAT application form and registering to sit my L's. not to learn to drive just yet though - i need an official source of ID in order to sit STAT. xP the lure of uni life excited one and all on saturday at sydney uni live where i stayed but for 2 hours. i've had at least 10 people ask me "why?!" xP
    #1 >> i went to syduni live last year already, and know all the information about courses i need. i just picked up some up to date booklets yesterday.
    most common question following this is: "then what did you do?!"
    #2 >> i listened to a scholarships lecture and a lecture about the international exchange program.
    most common question following this is: "ooOoH! where do you want to study?!"
    #3 >> england. as much as i want to go to one of the hotshot uni's in london such as cambridge and oxford, they're not on the list of partner universities. so i'll probably settle for the university of bristol (yeh yeh i know you've probably never heard of it =P ) but its close to where a relative lives so thats very ideally awesome. xD of course, this will only happen if i get a credit average in uni...

    anyhoo. the second reason i left early was because i'm currently blessed with a cold. breathing is not quite excruciating but its not easy with a blocked nose and an itchy throat. and so my mum kindly picked me up from syduni yesterday morning and called me when she got there. in the background, i happen to hear a security guard telling her she's not allowed to stop where she's currently parked and listen in on their argument while i hurriedly powerwalk to where she is. i laughed in the face of the guard when i got there. hah! actually, no i didnt. i would've liked to but that would have been highly inappropriate *shakes head*.

    and so i was officially diagnosed with a cold this afternoon when i finally went to see a doctor at the insistence of my mum. (i prefer to let my immune system do its job - which is ironic considering my desired future occupation) i was told to take codral (jeez. at least prescribe me something cool and unheard of) and i spent ten minutes talking to my pharmacist about the difference between a number of different cold&flu tablets and day&night tablets. wee! i learnt new things today =)

    rightio. thats enough. i need sleep. AND i'm oh-so-EXCITED because my annoying little brother, yes, the one who shares my room is going away on a school camp for the next THREE days. sweeeeeeet.
